Default dyno session at inline pro

my set up is as follows:
b18c1 with arias 9:1 pistons
titan rods
ls crank
stock b16a head
t3/t40e 57trim .63ar
drag fmic and piping 26x6.5x2.5
inline pro mani
turbonetics wastegate
mbc boost controller
walbro 255 fuel pump
550cc injectors
hondata s100 with boost
tuned by inline pro for 12lbs..

john lee told me i need a larger front mount, that its not holding its power, etc...but i have discovered that the drag intercooler kit can hold btw 350-400whp (my hp goal)...so im trying to figure if something is wrong, or if i do infact need a larger intercooler?....unfortunately John never saved an air/fuel curve for me...so this is all i have...i hope the images work this is my first time posting pics...thanks for any help...

Had a drag Gen3 I/C on my turbo GSR/Hatch. Stock motor with a SC61. I/C was working great and holding 320whp just fine.

DRAG intercooler has been good for up to 400 whp by some members here, so that's not the problem. What size downpipe/exhaust/muffler?

sorry...i forgot to list my exhaust mods..anyways...its a 2.5inch inlinepro downpipe to 3inch kteller exhaust....with a straigh pipe...no cat...hmmmm im getting the vibe that the drag intercooler should be able to hold the power im looking to make...its tuned for 12lbs. are these decent numbers or do you think something might be wrong...the car runs great and all especially at full boost...the motor seems fine
9(inlinepro built)...additionally, i wish i did have the a/f curve but John never saved it for me on the disk....ill call him again today and ask him...thanks for the help

I just have a standard drag kit with ls/vtec and I put down 306 @10psi. With 249 tq.

To the person that said Drag IC suck. I never had a problem with mine. And I know a bunch of people running them with out a problem.

I agree that the numbers seem low...John told me he tuned a little on the safe side, etc...i wish i had the a/f curve to see it...i guess this type of tunning could produce the rel. low tq numbers etc?...He claimed that the low numbers were from the intercooler...but like i said, alot of people are telling me the intercooler is good...

i just got off the phone with inline pro...they told me my intercooler can hold 400-450whp but only at a higher boost level...say 20psi or so...what inline said is thus: at 12lbs with my setup is tuned for....the intercooler becomes less efficient...hence i need a larger intercooler, etc....i dont really understand this situation...if somebody with more knowledge could please enlighten me...thank you

the intercooler is fine i think you should look at your a/f and see whats up, because a drag kit with the right stuff can make 400-440 hp you are probly running super rich or some thing, and i dont want to be an *** but your numbers are low i made with my drag setup 328 hp to my hubs on 13psi with 9:1 compression, you need to know your a/f and timing numbers and then just go from there

The Drag intercooler is fine. It worked fine on my friend'ss 50 trim T3/T04E @ 9lbs/13lbs/16lbs, my friend's 60 trim T3/T04E @ 9lbs/18lbs, etc, etc. How many miles on the new build? Compression test numbers came back good or have no looked at them? I would try turning the boost up to 16lbs since your motor is built and see how it does.

Did you pay for him to tune it?

I don't see why you would want to have your car tuned and be running rich. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of getting it tuned? I know if I paid someone to tune my car and it was running rich I would be pissed as hell. I don't want my cylinder walls being washed by the excess gas. Espicially if I have a new motor.

Do you blow out alot of black smoke when you jump on it?
Does your clothing smell like gas?
When you start your car does it leave a nice black skid mark on the driveway or garage floor?

nah....ive ran rich before...its not like that...i dont smell gas, etc....it seems to be fine....just trying to figure out why my #'s are a little low....i dont have black smoke or anything like that....ill talk to john later today...yes i paid him to tune my car...im trying to get a a/f and timming graph...but i doubt he has it...he gave me the disk...but all that was on it was the tq and hp numbers...he forgot to put the a/f on there etc...
