My uncle (owner of Import Source)....just finished rebuilding a B18C1 with crower rods, JE pistons, JG IM, JG Throttle body, Type R LSD in a GSR Tranny, T60-1 turbo, Skyline FMIC, Custom IC pipe by him, SS CHROME MANIFOLD (WHO SAID A $200 MANIFOLD CAN'T BE GOOD?), Delta Race gate, and 1000cc injectors with Hondata S200. All this is in a 92 CX hatch weighing in at 2200lbs with him in it and SAME STOCK AXLES FROM 4 YEARS AGO!

Balanced performance in GA tuned it in 1 hour (short on time) and made 480whp and low 300wtrq on 20psi with a A/F ratio in the 11's, base was 350whp if i remember correctly. The tunning was done only a few short hours after the car started up and checked for leaks.

Break in time= 25miles

Runs perfect, he has about 500miles right now and still pulls hard as hell

First run with MT 24" slicks was 11.4@126mph with a burnt clutch master stage 5 clutch (had it for 5000 miles of hard racing). He was also asked to not race because he did not have a roll cage.

Now a roll cage and brand new stage 5 clutch is in. Next race will be up in TN for the Nopi Drag wars. New times will be posted up also......

 

With the T60-1 at that boost level when you start to see spool?? When do you hit full boost?? Happy with the turbo choice??

the turbo has a .70 a/r....

i believe full boost is like 4000 or so...cant remember but i'll ask him. He likes it! All hell breaks loose once you hit 6000rpm though

 

Full boost 4krpm's? What size pistons you using?

 

20 over....i will have to ask him when full boost hits...i'm pretty sure it is some where between 4-4.5k

Full boost of 18psi@5500rpm starts to boost at 3000rpm on the T3/T60-1
