Default DW301 Inline w/Bosch 044 Flow..

I get a lot of questions from customers trying to decide on what fuel setup to go with. So I thought I would post this to help people in the same boat.

This is the new Deatschwerks intank fuel pump with a bosch 044 inline. With the right size injectors this setup shouldn't have a problem doing 800whp (gasoline).

With some ID1600's this would be a really stout fuel setup. Just another option for everyone.

Benefits of this setup:
*No sumped tank
*Really streetable fuel setup
*Low base fuel pressures
*A lot quieter than big single pumps
*Good bang for the buck

Note:The dw301 with bosch 044 inline is being compared to two bosch 044's inline. NOT in Parallel.

Thanks to Greg@Blowerwerks.net for doing the test.

Any information with a Walbro 255 vs a DW300 in the tank with a 044 inline?

No I don't. The pressure relief valve on the walbro opens up at 75psi and by 80 psi the walbro falls on its face. On the DW301 the pressure relief valve is full open around 100psi.

The DW301 is a better combination with the bosch 044 inline. I'll see if I can get a test to show the difference.

I also forgot to note that the test used 3/8" hose. Which is the same size as -6 line.

I will be putting together a complete fuel kit for this setup. Please PM is you have any questions on price.

What's up w/your website, is it down? I tried to click it to get some info on the DW301 pumps..and seems like it's inactive.

It's in the process of getting built right now. It should be ready to launch during the 1st week of October.

Send me a PM if you have any questions on the DW301 fuel pump. We have them in stock.

How much would the dw301 with 044 inline on stock line with e85 good for? 1000cc vs 1600cc vs 2000cc?

This

It's just simply math but I'd rather a nice neat table..

You'll max 1000cc injectors out around 550 whp on e85.

With the dw301 intank and bosch 044 inline, this setup will get you to around 625whp before you run out of pumps. If you want more from this setup then a Kenne-Bell Boost a pump will work wonders. I would just get 2000cc injectors and call it a day. It will leave you room if you want more power.
