Default turbo fuel setup questions...

I would like to setup an external fuel pump with new lines. I need to know if there is any information or diagrams floating around to show me how to sump the tank, what size lines i need for the feed and return, do you use a fuel filter or not because i have seen some setups that go straight to the rail or do you use an inline filter. I am looking at the aeromotive setup. I currently have a walbro 255 intank but with a turbo I want to make sure i get enough fuel. Would the walbro intank with an inline pump be sufficient for 500whp and if so where do you put the inline pump and what kind should i get? Any help is appreciated.

for that much power you're gonna need an inline pump and a surge tank.

You don't need an inline or a surge pump for 500 WHP. . . .just get the high flowing walbro 255 and some 1000cc's and call it a day.

A walbro 255 is proven to over 600 WHP. For a big HP setup I would run dual walbro 255's in tank. I do not like sumps on a street car, when you're under 1/2 tank of fuel it has a tendency to slosh around on you, and can cause drops in fuel pressure.

I second the inline fuel pump and surge tank.
