I totally depised the open WG sounds like absolute crap....stock with a little spooling of the turbo is nice!

If there is any loss of HP, it is very unnoticeable.

Most people have it open because:
1. Their turbo kit came like this
2. They think there is a massive increase in HP like this
3. They think it sounds good (sounds like crap to me, but it's personal preference - you're entitled to your own opinion, even if it's wrong

You might want to double check that. I was looking forward to the same thing but TokenBlackGuy is at Beale and said the law was changed recently.
).my sister's a lawyer--she looked into this for me in great detail about a month ago.
