dumptube atomosphere or into dp
into dp, much cleaner looking underhood. Too many people let them atmosphere dump, open their hoods and every thing is all black and crappy looking. Also sounds much cleaner.

Overall I wouldn't ever want my Wastegate venting back into the exhaust - it's just too much work, with no power gains (and potential power loss) for no reason (unless you're concerned about emmissions)
you cannot beat the sound of open wategate,,,,,,
actually, i can---the sound of an open wastegate, in california, because i'll be exempt from cali's emissions laws when the air force puts me at Edwards after tech school.

edit: it's cause military personnel can keep their original state of vehicle registration for the duration of their time serving. basically that way we don't have to get new plates if we end up having to move every 6-8 months.

Damn flyboys...anyway, that black crap will still get on stuff no matter what, just not as bad. Personally I hate having a turbocharged car that sounds like a lawnmower when the wg opens.
It's all personal preference. You might lose a couple ponies going back into the exhaust but I don't care, it's worth it to me.

My wg will vent out the side of my front bumper. looks like a side exit exhuast.
well, it wil anyway once it's all done.
As for why, the .. room is... weird, and it's.. the only way it will route.. for the time being. Ah.. you'll get it when I post up pics.

I'd just dump it in the atmosphere towards the ground. Thats how it is routed on my sol and my teg, and nothing gets dirty at all.
btw...black **** doesnt get in my engine bay

i thought you don't loose poonies if you dump it back into the down pipe at least 10 inches away from the turbo??
i hate the sound of my wastegate... sounds like my engine is going to explode.. when my friend was driving beside me he was wondering what the hideous sound was. haha
