Default Dumb question- which inlet on turbo is the oil feed?

Here is my dumb question-
Is the turbo oil inlet with the reducer the oil inlet or the oil drain? I'm betting it is the inlet, but I just want to make sure because that means I'm going to have to clock the turbine.
Let me know if you need pics.........

Thanks
Ben
