Dumb question
This is a dumb question but oh well. For a turbo setup, how would a cold air box extension(like Comptech's design) do?
I know the incoming air is cooled down by the intercooler and all, but would there be any increase with this setup?
Thanks.

The only problem i see is how in the heck are you gonna fit that box in the engine compartment ?
Honestly, I don't think it will be beneficial or worth it. Keep in mind anywhere that you place a box in that engine will be like a heat bath since the turbo will be near that box. Even the most remote idea would be to place it over by the intake piping but even then it would pretty cramped.
OR you can always cut a hole in the hood and do a TPIS (Top Mount Intake Systems)
