For 650-700hp, I think a pair of pumps and properly sized injectors will do just fine, without having to run an extremely high base fuel pressure.

All fuel pumps lose flow when the pressure is turned up. Just to give you an example, our pump flows 325LPH @ 40 psi, 275LPH @ 60psi, and 185LPH @ 100psi.

At 60psi, our pump should be able to support ~600hp on E85 with properly sized injectors. At 100psi, it will only support ~400hp.

You guys have many great options for high flowing injectors out there. Trying to compensate for a small injector with fuel pressure really isn't the best solution.

You don't HAVE to have them exposed, lol. You can run hard lines and have a rock shield for the pumps. Pretty easy to make out of standard sheet metal.

Just gonna warn you, if your planning on running dual pumps in the tank, prepare yourself for a lot of cussing. They are a pain in the *** to fit in the stock tank, took over an hour to get mine down in there, becasue the damn hoses wanted to twist every which way.

I bought AN fittings and AN hose, other then that I didn't need any extra parts. You'll have to buy a relay and some wiring for the pumps. I am only running 1 pump right now while the car is NA, I plan on hooking the 2nd pump up in the next month or so when I get all my boost parts on the car and have it ready for tuning.

Theres just such limited space in the stock tank, that putting 2 pumps in there is a pain in the ***. I read a lot of info on fuel pumps before buying the full blown setup (bought it locally) and almost went with an Aeromotive a1000 pump, but read a lot of people that were burning them up on street driven cars so decided to stay away from it. Alot of people are talking about "if one of the pumps fail", I personally have never had an issue with a Walbro pump failing, hopefully that luck continues.

The FB kit should come with fittings that will allow you to use the stock cover. They aren't fancy AN fittings, but they work. I just bought another kit from AJ and they came with fittings that I can close the cover. -10 feed and -8 return for me.

On the original kits, I had to weld 90s on there to make them fit and close the stock cover.

If you want the fuel pump cover to close, then you need the 90 degree fittings. The B&R fittings are nice, but I know that AJ sells/gives short 90 degree fittings with the FB kits when you buy them now. Older kits did not come with them. Don't have a clue on the stock feed/return lines. I am sure a quick search will yield those results.

Looks like you've got enough injector and pump to me.

From the results we've seen, one DW301 has supported around the high 500's and low 600's on E85. Considering different chassis, drivelines, dynos, conditions...etc.

I have the Full Blown dual pump kit in my GSR and I kept my rear seats.
-Use 90* NPT to AN fittings on the pump hat
-Use a slide hammer to bump the sheet metal up about 1/2"
-The AN lines will clear.

PM me if you have any specific questions.

Special thanks for DeatschWerks: dual DW301 pumps and 1300cc injectors are supplying plenty of fuel even with E85.

I think you'll be alright.

Abel's goal for that car is 1000whp. We'll see if they can make it. Only another 100hp to go.

Is 2 bosch pumps worth it if you dont plan to sump the tank right away? Right now I have a Walbro 255 and will be getting ready to install my bosch 044 inline. I was thinking of adding another pump but should I wait to sump my tank first or good idea to install 2 bosch pumps at the same time?
