How much hp is the Drag intercooler good for?

 

about 375-400 whp i think

 

im running an old old one at like 250whp no probs. the guy i got it from was in the mid 300whp range with it.

Is there any downsides to running a big intercooler? I upgraded all my pipes on my drag kit to 2.5 and im thinking of changing the turbo too, my current intercooler size is 2 1/4, 6 1/2, 26 1/2. im looking to push 375-400 whp, should I get the 600 whp precision intercooler or the 750 hp intercooler? My intercooler inlet outlet pipes are only 2 1/4 big currently I think.

 

i use to have one last season when i made 460whp and ran low 11's

so its not bad as every one thinks
