Down pipe help
Ok i got my turbo (t3/t4) on my inline manifold in my CRX mounted with the compressor on the driver side. Does anyone have pics of there down pipe mounted this way so i can get some ideas on how to fab mine. It looks a bit confusing because the exhaust outlet is cocked to the front instead of parallel to the motor.

i dont get what u mean the exhaust side of the turbo cocked to the front? then the compressor side would be facing the block... how is that possible
my turbo is the same way (compressor on the driverside)... this makes it easier to fab a downpipe bc it comes straight down and under the oil pan... no turns to worry about.

no instead of the compressor facing the side its cocked a couple of degrees forward, like 20 degrees

just buy the flange for $15... then buy some piping for about $40... then buy a piece of that steel braided flex for $20.... and make your own downpipe - that is the best way to do it to ensure that it will fit just right.
Buying something premade for a CUSTOM application never seems to work right.... unless somebody has the same manifold, turbo, motor and car as you...

Re: Down pipe help (Mad Chemist)
this was done using 2 3" ubends....i would have had more room without the vband, and i had to move the radiator right up against the radiator support. Everything has been working fine.
