Default D16 turbo help

Today I went to install my turbo. Its a 50 trim t3/t04e. Log style.manifold that was apparebtly ac compatible. The problem is the turbo is nowehre close to lining up. Either way tired clocking it. Won't happen, either the block is in the way, or the ac fan, or ac compressor regardless of which way I try

pics would help but my first guess is you need to notch the block to make the turbo fit

yeah ill try to get pics today when I get home, and I was thinking but that seems like a whole lot to notch off. my guess is the manifold isn't meant to be ran that way and the exhaust side is meant to be right there instead. it may possibly fit with it turned around and ac compressor taken out. But it was supposed to be ac compatible

Some log manifolds are meant to be used with the smaller T04B housing, not the T04E housing that you're running... you may have to trim the block webbing to make it fit.

Pictures will tell the whole story though

Yeah I was thinking that. But it looks like I would have to cut way too much
