does the turbo shake when you boost?
ok, my filter doesnt clear the hood, so i gotta slam it in order to close the hood. i can deal with that, but i got my hondata tuned today so i can actually boost now, and when the turbo spools, it shakes. or at least it shakes enough for the piping to to move (piping to the filter). or am i just being dumb and the piping is shaking because it sucks in more air during boost?
anyhow, this is annoying. is there anything else i can do?

figured out turbo isnt shaking, but im sure the intake piping vibrates or shakes when its sucking more air when boosting, right?

alright, turbine and compressor isnt shaking, but i hear a fat vibrating rattle when i go into boost. after i hit 2lbs, and at WOT, something shakes, so im assuming its triggered by boosting.
when youre boosting, the air filter sucks in more air, causing it to shake right? cuz right now, my filter is touching the hood.

make sure none of the piping is hitting the body of the car. as the rpms increase, your engine will vibrate more which causes the i/c piping to vibrate.

Check your ac lines, too. (if you have ac) Like everyone is saying, the higher the rpm the more your whole engine shakes. So, my guess is that your turbo might be hitting your ac lines?
I doubt it is your filter. It shouldnt be shaking or someting is wrong. Good luck
