Yo, I have turbo 01 LS auto integra that I'm going to switch to a manual transmission. My question is will I see a big difference in HP if I keep my LS engine but switch to either a LS, gsr, itr tranny?

 

Well, haha, if you were t switch to an ITR tranny, you will be running Limited Slip Deferential (LSD) which will make your launches unreal compared to running the LS tranny. If I were you, I would for sure switch to the LSD tranny. If you like the gear ratio, you can add LSD, but I like the shorter ratios of the vtec trannys.

stay with the LS, i'm running a gsr tranny on a boosted b18c and the gears are too short

 

I run an LS on an LS/VTEC setup and it worked great. Later Allen

 

haha, im running a b16 trans on a ls turbo setup, and i love every minute of it. the car feels way faster with the b16 trans, than the ls trans

 

Stick with the LS. You'll need the taller gears when you start boosting more. I've got a GSR tranny and my gears are too short on 14psi.
