Does anyone see anything wrong
with this:
this is how I got it from Avatar, so is there a special way to put it together cause the prob will come out, the ways I did it.

looks like a compression fitting to me...thread that threaded silver piece on the left into the manifold/dp or watever, then put that silver piece in the middle onto the probe, then put that silver piece on the right onto the prob, then screw it onto the piece on the left that was threaded into ur mani/dp
agreed, and you actually have to tighten it with tools. your hands alone aren't enough to crush the ferrel and squeeze the probe.
If its a swagelok fitting it may have a two piece furle (or however it is spelled) and you may be missing the inner piece that goes against the fitting. The piece you have goes against the nut. Look for a swagelok web site for the drawing.
u have to sandwich that compressor fitting onto the sensor. once u tightened the fittings with tools, it should hug the probe and will not slip out anymore.
