Default Do ppl plug off the pcv when boosting?

I have always wondered if it make any difference to plug off the vac. line that goes to the PCV valve when having boosted car.
Does the valve close when it sees boost and only open under vaccum?
I'm running 15psi with it still hooked up and would like to know if it would make any difference, like build boost faster, with it plugged or leaving it and forcing air into the crankcase then out the breather filter on the valve cover?

the only reason you disable the OEM style PCV setup is to give the block the ability to relieve the pressure. If the PCV was installed via OEM specs, it will allow pressure to escape past it because it is not a true check valve, and also the block will be building it's own blow-by pressure inside, and having the extra vent area helps.

the PCV only allows air to pass through to the intake, but it relies on the venturi effect to work properly; and a turbo negates this as it brings you to 0 vaccum very easily, etc.
