do i need sleeves
i have a 92 civic hatch with a gsr in it and a rev hard kit setup on it with garett t3/t4 I am getting aem ems and i would like to run 15psi can i do this with stock sleeves with just pistons and rods 9.5-1 compresion

No, you dont need sleeves. Aside from the b20, bseries sleeves are usually good to 400-500horsepower(different people will tell you different things.)

i've read a lot of things but most people say the limit on stock sleeves is about 14 psi or whatever.
now, can any of you guys give more information on the strength of stock sleeves? details details details..

there is no psi rating for sleeves, its depends on how much hp you throw at them.
there are plenty of people making ~400whp on stock sleeves. it just depends on your tune.
you can crack a sleeve at 200whp, if it's not setup right.
how much power are you tying to make. what kinda engine management do you plan to run ?
