A boost gauge is a boost gauge dude. It's not dependant on how the boost is made. The signal is taken from exactly the same place in exactly the same way.

how is autometer garbage? they make excellent gauges & their customer service is amazing. i e-mailed them becasue 2 of my gauges weren't working and got a response in 15 min.. sent the gauges to them & they sent me 2 brand new ones within a week. they were the electric cobalts too.. thats like $2-300! can't beat that

i know too many people that have autometer and they wish they didnt get them... i myself have greddy, and everyone i know has defi or hks also... just like it was said above, u get what u paid for!!!

Just search for Autometer and you will see all the people that have problems with them. Whats the point in spending money on engine data aquisition if it isn't going to be accurate?

yeah.. you get a pretty light show when you start your car.. same readings. defi link is a little different though.. sinc eyou can replay, hold, etc... but check this out: http://hp.autometer.com/products/nexus/index.html
i bought a bad autometer boost gauge as well that read like 5psi off. They suck. I bought an even cheaper VDO boost gauge and i love it. It seems to have better quality and does what its suppost to

i think that no matter what model of autometer series u buy, the boost gauges are made the same, and im glad i didnt waste money on any for my setup...
come to think of it, when i had my boost gauge in the 300z it was reading 2psi before i even installed it. heh.. oh well.. autometer is still a good company. guess the boost gauges just suck
