Default Divided Housing?

Ok well i'm getting into making my own manifold and I have a ? that i'm hoping someone in this section can help me with. PLEASE do not reply unless you have good information for me. I know that there are several extrememly knowledgeable guys on this site so please chime in. My setup is a B-16 with a BW S360 Divided housing turbo. It is not a true twin scroll to my knowledge. My question is should the Manifold still be the same 2 cylinders joined as a normal "ramhorn" style 1+2 and 3+4 or should I be seperating them opposite 1+4 and 2+3? Is it better to have 2 that are firing right after one another on the same side or should I be looking to evenly distribute the pulses? Someone please help me quickly. It would be MUCH appreciated.

You need to pair the runners 1+4 and 2+3.
