Disable secondaries on GSR running chipped P28?

Disable secondaries on GSR running chipped P28?
I have a chipped p28 w/ an uberdata basemap... will i need to disable the secondaries on the intake manifold when my turbo setup is installed? This is a obd2b integra. Thanks!

Is it true Ill lose some power below vtec? Getting a single stage IM is not an option right now.. already spent $$$. Maybe later down the line.
