Default Difficulty of changing a tial 38mm wastegate spring?

I am curious as to how hard it is to change a 38mm wastegate spring. I have one that is to large and need to drop to a lower PSI spring like .4 bar or something. Anyway i am just curious as to how hard it is to change the spring.

yea it can be a pain if youre doing it by yourself, but if you have an extra set of hands its fairly simple.

not too long ago, I switch back from a .4bar spring to 1.1bar spring. Omg, I never sweat and I was dripping! I had a friend helping me.

i opened mine up the other day to find a 1bar spring . i had a friend hold that **** tight, while i used a wratchet and took off the bolts. once you get down to 1 bolt left- you or your friend needs to hold that **** real tight. with help it took me like 2 minutes, and i was watchin tv at the same time . semi off topic question and sorry if this is a thread jack, is there a specific torque we should use when re-tightening the bolts that hold the wastegate together???
