damn, turbo is blown
So i put my turbo on today... and what da ya know... purple smoke coming out from the exhaust. Not just a little bit, but lots of it.
Anyone know how I can fix the seals inside? Is it easy? Also where can I buy the kit to fix it. Boost feels GREAT but it smokes wayyyyy tooo much.

I have a used hand POLISHED (On the compressor side) T3/T4 Garrett Turbocharger. Specs are as followed:
.48 Exhaust A/R
.50 Compressor A/R
It kicks in QUICK, at around 2,500 RPM. And makes max boost at around 3,500-3,800 RPM.
Perfect for street use. Had it on my car but need , but my B20 is screaming for a T4 Turbo.

turbonetics makes a reuild kit for $90
not hard to do, i would just buy the kit and bring it to your local truck shop and get them to rebuild it. save you lots of $$
