daily driven gsr: s/c or turbo? (yes i searched)
From all the arguments i've read, the basic differences are: difficulty of install (some claim jrsc is cake, some claim a small turbo is easier), and the ability for later tuning/power (goes to turbo here).
But all I want is a little something more. I dont want to spend hundreds of dollars on tuning, I just want more get up and go. I want to keep my ac and ps, and I want it reliable, I dont have the cash to dump into it. I want to keep my stock internals as well.
Its basically between jrsc, the revhard (stage 1/2 i'm not sure about yet, 2 seems like so much more for such a little price difference tho..), and the greddy kit.
Out of the box performance wise, is the 5psi of the greddy = 7psi revhard = jrsc?
Also which of the three requires the least amount of maintance/is the most reliable?
Thanks. :]
edit: btw wtf is up w/00 gsr's and greddy kits? why aren't they available?

Supercharger is the way to go if you want reliablity, less/no maintance, and Instant power out of the box with pretty much NO TUNING....the best choice for a daily driver!!!!

Re: (Ntrpriz)
i have had both:
stock b18c1 w/jrsc @ 8 lbs, all the bolt ons. it was fun. about 230 to the wheels. this was 3+ years ago.
stock b18c1 w/ inlinepro 3mm headgasket, and rev hard custom kit.....medium size t3/4. made like 285 on pump gas and 360 on race gas.
both set ups were very reliable and the turbo set up wasn't much more money. the turbo set up blows the supercharger away. NO COMPARISSON!!!!!!!!!!! in order to make it comparable, you would have to add alot more to the s/c set up and your still facing a closed door as far as upgrades....you can only go soooo far with the jrsc. i'm not knocking it, but you asked which one was better, and i'm telling you. there aren't too many other people on this board that have OWNED both. they aren't even in the same league. seriously.
