Did you weld the downpipe straight to the exhaust housing????

 

no, it has a flange on it.

btw, please hook up the coolant lines or youll be wondering why your turbo will fail prematurely

no you can clearly see the flange

Why did u do the downpipe that way instead of just dropping at the flange.

 

Looks nice, especially the integration of the wastegate flange before the turbo.

...because he's running the lovefab topmount and there's no room!!!

it did 420 something, stock head.

didnt want a really tight bend coming right off the turbo..

What psi, AFR range and timing when boosted? I'm running 10:1 with Darton, Arias, Crower rods and S300. Using race gas @ 17lbs. boost (GT30)
420 whp on pump gas sounds a lot better!

 

Do you have any pics of how the air filter is set up?
Do you have plans for upping the boost later? A GT35R seems a little overkill for 420hp.

very nice setup and fab work. the manifold looks a lot bigger than i expected. i'd like to see a few more pics of the filter setup too.
