turbo integra 20psi

my old school da6 integra from new zealand is finally getting together.
done it all my self, from a stock car, learnt plenty over the last few year from this site so ile like to show what i have come up with.
the car

ive finally got my motor sleeved and retuned after i cracked a sleve at 20 psi.

old tune was 313kw but cracked a sleeve

gt35/40 turbo
custome mainfold
38mm gate
3" exhust
2.5" piping
700x300x76 intercooler

880cc persion infectors
wallbro pump

cusco super single clutch
y80 1st 2nd ys1 3rd 4th y80 5th
99 type r diff
goes very well, and much more useable power too with the new tune.

all the work done buy me except the sleeve machining and bering sizing.
built everything by my self, painted car, never painted befor, althought the job is averages

Looks like you've done a huge amount of work, and mostly by yourself. I know a bunch of people that throw $10k at a shop, then want respect.
I agree I'm not into the body (seems most non-US Honda people still like the F&F style), but very nicely done. To me it's the blood, sweat, tears - and most importantly, power - that count.

Bitchin man. I like the setup and power. I hope it treats you well. I am sticking with the B16 too.
My wife and I want to visit NZ so much. We hear great things about the country and perhaps we may end up moving there, but it's really hard to do that.

lots of lesson learned the hard way too

but ive gorn from paying some one $1500 to supplying a new box and putting it in,
to me now been able to build my own car and build my own box and motor
can you please email some more pics of the intercooler install. i have the same one, but would love to see how low it hangs and how close to the one piece headlights. i'm just worried about breaking mine and how low it will hang. any pics would be greatly appreciated.

ive just welded some tabs of the bottom of the frount structal steel. and bolted it to the bottom of the frount mount and wedged it on the opening latch
