Default d16z6 turbo - Final processes

Here is the deal.
I just got this car 2 weeks ago.
It is a 1994 civic.
has a d16z6 that has been fully built and turboed.
It has only 900 miles on the motor since being built - has stock injectors- stock map sensor- stock ecu - no tune. Currently at 4 psi.
I have just bought 1000cc Rc injectors and a 3 bar map sensor

I beleive the turbo is a Garett m12 .57 trim.
Anyhow i am planning on taking the car to have it dyno tuned at Revolutions Performance in Colorado Springs, Colorado her in about 2 weeks when their new shop opens up. I am planning on running it at around 20 psi - and expect around 350 + hp.

Any suggestions on what i should do to the car?
My plan is to have it street-able - but also take it to the drag strip every once in a while.

The fuel system has been fully built for e 85 but is currently running on pump gas. Should i have it tuned for both? Just 91? or Just e 85 - problem i am thinking with e85 it their is only 3 stations in my city and they are 15 miles from my house.

I am currently upgrading a few of the silicone couplers and getting t-bold clamps.

What do you think?

Well, it looks like you'll get to upgrade your turbo manifold once it cracks.

Other than that, you'll probably want beefier-than-stock motor mounts and some suspension work to make it hook.

LSD is a huge plus for the street.

You need to get that tuned asap! I dont know how that motor lasted that long even at just 4 psi without a tune. If ur gona keep driving it maybe disconnect the charge piping until u get a tune.

Other then that nice lookin setup. Good luck.

Well i got a few parts
The piping had some crappy rubber hose connectors so i ordered some silicone ones from www.siliconeintakes.com along with some t-bolt clamps and and air filer- the stuff was pretty cheap and seems like it is good quality accept the air filer- it was paper thin and had holes in the filter material - cant expect much for 15 bucks-its getting returned.

What else can i do with the air filter setup???? Suggestions?? I don't have very much room. And the filter that is on it now seems to small.

Should be getting it tuned in a week or so.

I replaced this crappy hose ^^^^

What is this oil doing here, Is this bad?? ^^^

Oil on the turbo is bad because it seems you have a POS ebay turbo kit with turbos that are nortorious for blowing the seals. If anything you should have used a restrictor if you wanted to run that turbo.

Also I would get a different turbo manifold unless you want your ebay wastegate in the street.

Sorry if I sound harsh, but it just makes me sick to see people waste money on BS.

I bought the car like that.
What manifold would you recommend? Cast?
Also what turbo would be good? For around $300 rebuilt.

What would be the side effects if i have the car tuned with this turbo?

How many people have their cars daily driven tuned on e85?
