Ok, I have a build D16Z6, fully built bottom end, clutch, flywheel. I broke the car in for a bit, it ran fine. I hooked all my turbo stuff up right, chipped my ecu, 'put' my basemap to the ecu, started it up. It ran fine for about 10 seconds and died. Seemed like it just needed fuel adjustments. Running crome pro, with dsm 450s.

Go to try to restart it and it just only cranks. Will not start at all.

The wierd thing is when I put the ignition to on mode, the fuel pump primes fine, but the FITV makes a really weird sound! As soon as I unplug it, the sound goes away.

I just re-checked all of my wiring and cannot find a single problem. I checked all of my fuses and all and found nothing.

I am lost, any ideas appreciated!

Bad basemap?

I tried numerous basemaps.
tried making my own from scratch

I did the remove checksums in crome, tried cycling the ignition.

I am beginning to think it is the ECU, I guess I will just buy a new one.

The more I try to figure out the problem, the more I am liable to get mad and break something lol. I have had it with it today, I am ready to throw my laptop and the ecu out the window on 95 or something :/
