Hi guys im new on the board and I found it really nice keep the good job !!!

My question, do I need to put sleeves on my D16Z6 if I run 15 psi...I have JE 9.1, Eagles rods, block guard, brand new engine, ( the interns max is 9 psi haha ), Greddy TD04-15G, type 31 IC, AEM EMS, Rc 550 inj, ....I run at 10 psi last summer without problems... That all you have to know...

Thank for the help...

You might be able to tune it without sleeves, but I dont think it would last very long....are you using pump gas?? I would get the sleeves before I turned it up to 15psi.

You can do it with no problem!! i ran 20psi on PUMP gas, and i was on stock sleeves with NO blockguard!!!

I dont care what these people say i have DONE it and i ran for a year with out any problems.. i tore it apart to build a bigger better setup..

You ran 20psi on a stock d16? I know someone on here from orlando (forget his handle) is running 1bar and possibly 16psi...what kind of fuel/ignition management and other safety things were you using?

that turbo will suck ***** for 15 psi! It is only good up to 13 psi and that is my goal and your stock block will hold that. I am not to sure about stock rods though.
