atleast I must aplaud you for wanting more then a simple no and wondering why.

One of the major issues is they use junk turbines with questionable at best weighting and balance.

Not to mention the fact that the compressor housings are usually glued together.

I've seen too many inadvertent cross-sections of e-bay turbos to ever buy one.

You can use e-bay to collect parts for a DIY turbo kit if you're up for the challenge. But you could also opt to get a full kit from a name brand supplier and then upgrade parts as you see fit.

yeah i was thinking of that making a homemade turbo but i got to read more into it so i can know what im going to need so far i heard that im going to need fuel injectors,fuel pump,fuelrail,and something with my ecu

It's way better then buying a kit not knowing.

eBay is not a store. You find crap and quality stuff all mixed in.
Stick with name brands (turbonetics, garrett, tial, spearco, etc) and stay away from just about anything that says ssautochrome.
You CAN find quality turbo kits on eBay, just expect to pay 2 to 3 times more compared to the cheap chinese made turbo kits.

some stuff is good some is junk, better to buy pieces off ebay so u pick what u get.. like buy a cast mani instead of the stainless kind .. so far i had no problems with the XS 57 trims.. but some ppl have.
