Default D16 turbo questions

Finally bought some parts; manifold, wastegate, dsm bov. I just have a few questions. I'm familiar with the site and searching but am coming up blank.

- generally will a rev hard style manifold with a t3 flange be ac/ps compatible?
- will i need a vacuum booster?
- will the stock Y7 manifold design cause any problem with boost because of the top mount TB?

I wouldnt run a turbo setup without some sort of way to cool down the air. A used intercooler can be had for pretty cheap.

I am planning on getting a 25x6x3 intercooler(approximate size). Along with the manifold and other parts comes a dsm sidemount, but i dont know if i want to use that or not...
