My car has 170k miles on it, someone told me to be safe to replace those parts with performace parts. Is there anything i need to do to my car?

What i would do is replace headgasket, timing belt, and install ARP head studs. How much boost do you plan on running? What turbo? How is it being tuned? More info is needed...
