12.4 was with a T3 super 60 (.48/.60)at 18PSI... considered a small turbo... and race weight was 2600lbs with driver, full interior and pump gas.
It was done on slicks on an EK chasis and with a Non vtec setup. I had 266whp and 240lbs ft

Your car with 406whp should be in the low 11's..probably high 10's and should be trapping around 126-130mph depending on race weight..

Atleast the other 2 vitara setups thats what they've run on very similar numbers..

JFK_78 ran 11.3 @ 130 on street tires with 417whp on a VX hatch which is one of the lightest cars..I think his race weight was around 2100-2200lbs... this is a 10sec car with slicks fo shure..

fast2camciv ran 11.4 @ 128mph with 405whp on a 4 door sedan on slicks but his race weight was around 2600lbs

come down on your tire pressure some to reduce spin. also, i went from Dunlops SP 9000 to Yoko ES100 which has a lower treadlife rating (more grip) and that helped. have not been to the track yet

Are you running 75mm vitaras and stock bore?

If so, what was your piston to wall clearance?

i'm in manila (quezon city)

yup it was a std 75mm vitaras. i had it honed for better fitment. also block has to be notched a little to give way for the eagle rods.

boost was 25-26psi.

Budget doesn't belong in the same sentence w/top mount/hks/gt series turbo's..

Nothing budget about that...??

I like it and all, just pointing that out.lol.

lol. those are the only thing expensive in that setup.

stock block. vitara piston. lol.

right now its detuned to about 300whp. at 16-18psi. hopefully block will last. lol i know pushing it at 400 was a little too far. haha but ive seen some guys do it. just wanted to try it. hehe

blurred pic because I got scared, the turbine was so loud at full boost, and the wastegate dump tube was firing towards my legs.
