i did some street tuning earlier, boost starts at 4-4.5trpm. 1bar at 5t rpm. pulls hard boosting off the .9bar wg. lol

stock pump won't be enough though. my 800cc maxed out at 1bar. lol time to get those walbros.

im doing some street tuning, 880cc looks maxed out at 14psi. wtf. i upgraded to bosch fuel pump; fp gauge reads 45 at idle. wtf.

i also upgraded my intake manifold to skunk2 copies. runners were super small so we hade to match port it to the cylinder head...

880cc should be good for 500+ hp. sounds like you have a restriction in the fuel supply.

what FPR are you using?

check/replace the filter?

what map sensor?

Thats odd, im having the same fuel pressure problems with my turbo D. Its at 30 for idle and about 45 on wot and im boosting 23lbs so far before it leans out crazy at 6k. I maxxed out 680's and later 880s. Walboro pump is fine and the stock factory fpr is fine. Not sure if the filter would resistict the pressure that bad.

 

had the same problem its was my fuel filter either that or ur stock fpr went out
