darton sleeved d16z6
eagle h beam rods
cp 8.5:1 pistons
walbro fuel pump
crower stage 2 turbo cam
crower premium valve springs
crower titanium retainers
crower stainless intake/exhaust valves
arp bolts/studs
hondata s300
fidanza 12lb flywheel

acl bearings
skunk2 pro series cam gear
now for the questions i herd hondas crankshafts are pretty stong so should i get a aftermarket one which is lightened and balanced if so whats a good brand?
whats a good company for an aftermarket oil pump?
what do you think is the max boost i could push and highest rpm the motor could run at?
what size injectors should i run to make around 400-450 at the crank?
should i get a fuel rail?
also i dont want to run race gas im planning on running shell vpower
thanks for any help in advance

Re: d16 complete build/ got some questions
Sounds like a good setup.
Honda cranks are super strong. Eggum and stetsinger and EVERY high HP honda has always run OEM cranks. you cant really break them. even with 1300 hp. Im sold haha...
I am really happy with the way these new ID1000's that T1 sells
and yes you should get a high flow fuel rail. I like my AEM.... any aftermarkey one would be good... EDL, GE...

however if your goals are 400-500whp then you should consider Vitara pistons w/Fjt custom I-beams.. and stock sleeves...
Unless in the future you are looking to push more...
stock crank is good to 1000+...
750cc or bigger injectors are a must for your goal, and a stock fuel rail should be fine, but I would upgrade...

Re: d16 complete build/ got some questions
yeah i want to get aleast 450 but i want to know that if i wanted to my motor could handle more its a personal security blanket haha and someday ill probable try and see how much i can get out of it. figured id build a singlecam sense a lot of people are convinced you cant make power with them and swaping in a b16 and boosting that just seems like the lazy way out no offense ls dx. dont get me wrong there sweet but it seems its what everyone is doing
any thoughts on max psi and redline rpm ?
good injector company and oil pump company and a good company to get valve guides?
with this setup whats the max whp you think i could get out of it before it grenades or just cant make anymore
