I have a problem with my rps, they are jumping up and down in between
900-1,500 rps when i come to a full stop. the only modification that i did was a
OBX performance cam (for turbo), and a Y8 manifold, and the Y8 fuel rail. I try retarding the timing and advancing it. but is the same thing I check all the vaccum hoses and idle mixture connection and adjustments but is the same
so i have no clue, please help...

when you put that Y8 manifold on did you reuse the gasket?
soundsl ike a vacuum leak to me,
and considering you swapped intake manis that would make perfect sense.
get a new gasket on there, and make sure theres no old gasket stuck on, and that you didnt scratch it badly scraping the old one off.
