Default d15b forged build

Hey everyone! I have a turbo d15b non vtec with built head but stock block... My questions were was what forged pistons, rods, amd sleves should I use, because im having a hard time finding ANYTHING on the d15b since they are not used as turbo builds often. I heard the crankshafts in the motor should be bullet proof. Is that correct? Im running 18psi at the moment and im awaire i will blow the block soon.. P.S i dont want to hear about how i should swap to a b.. That is not really in the qestion right now.. Thank yall

And would the d16z6 rods work in the d15b?? On wiki it says there both 137mm but I'm not totally sure i trust it.

Crank is fine, Its been ahwile since i played with D series pretty sure it had different rods, just checked eagle rod listing and did not specify it will work with d15, maybe check with go autoworks? he knows D series pretty well.

stock sleeves Im not sure of but im sure there less then b series so maybe good till about 250.

whats your power goal

I want to push around 450-500. Right now I'm over 250hp on stock sleves but I'm trying to not push the motor too hard right now

You can find a complete swap on H motors for about the same as sleeving and rebuilding the D series

Ohh by the way u might try driving a 300-400 hp honda......recently got tuned on 400hp its by far the fastest car ive ever owned or driven. 4th/5th at this power level scares me I wouldn't want any more, at least on the top end I do like the mid range power tho

It was on a built block but finaly blew after running 26psi for months.. It's on a stock block completley and a ticking time bomb..

sounds that way I know d15/d16 rods dont like anything over 250, I actually bent a rod on a d15z at about 200hp. perhaps d15b rods are larger

Of all the D15 build stuff I have searched for, there is a lot of info. BUT, a lot of it involves started projects that never finished. Few built, even fewer stock. Most of the newest info was from around 2014 but those projects never saw through. Now that being said...

Failed D15 builds that I managed to find seem to have destructed due to breaking bearing cap bolts.
