About 5-6 psi without intercooler and about 7-8 with intercooler on a stock internal 1.5 is achievable without engine probs. And be sure to always run 92+ octane. Hope this helps.

ya anything more than what was stated above would be to much the rods in the d15 are like toothpicks, if you ever have any ambition ot turn the boost up, not sayin you will but, make sure you tune it well and if ya can get some forged internals

i got a d15 engine, it has 16 valves, it has 98,000 miles on it, u think i can run a turbo? n run on low psi too?!?!? im just wondering.

talk to joshwhe. he has a 4 dr with a d15 with 220000 miles. it has 9psi with a 14b DSM turbo and SM intercooler. its been overheated, burns oil, runs strong as hell.
