Default d series jrsc

I have a question about the JRSC. Which one do use for the d series. All im finding are SC for the b series. Sorry for the noob ? but im a turbo guy and looking to try one on the new civic

from what little I know you gotta get lucky on ebay or the for sale section in a forum because they are no longer manufactured and hard to find

damn thats what i didnt want to hear. wonder why they dont make them anymore? I guess I'll just do the usuall and throw a turbo on it.

I did check on ebay and found two for honda b series. I wonder if there is anyway to "make them fit" Im a pretty handy tig welder

If you are looking for a JRSC for the single cam im about to take mine off....let me know if you are interested....very fun....mine is setup running 11lbs tuned on neptune......e85 car...pretty sweet send me a pm if you are interested...selling the whole setup(supercharger,precision 440cc injectors,p28 ecu chipped, and possibly might throw in the skunk 2 throttle body)

they prolly stopped making them because the m45 charger is worthless and you don't get any power from it. they should have made the m62 for the d-series. your best bet if you want to have power on tap is going witha hmt setup hf manifold and a t25 and you'll have pretty much instant spool at any rpm and make more power then you would with a jrsc. i would just max the t25 out until it starts to blow hot air and you should be satisfied

i know all about the turbo setups on just about every honda and what they will do. just never messed with the supercharger because like d16 trexin said they dont make near the amount of power. The car is for my wife and I wanted to give her a fun car that isnt too nasty. I let her drive my hatch that had a turbo gsr in it running 26 pounds and she almost killed me. But she likes to go fast so what are you gonna do.

a M45 is not worthless its just not going to make big power. I wouldnt go 1/4 mile my car but its nice on the autox track and around town. Just tune it right and dont use the FMU and the rest of the crap they come with.

my friend has a d series JRSC set 14psi and he runs 13.5's in an ex ek coupe, he goes thought motors every 6 months but they are so cheap now a days who cares

Yo brothers. I have 42k on my JRSC M45 on a D15B7. all stock including the fuel modifications. I cannot find one single reason to complain - other than they are end of life! I finally had a SMOG problem (I live in San Francisco) and it turned out my PCV to intake (after the TB) was split - for how long god knows. I noted my in town mileage dropped to 23-25 in the winter. Anyway, this killed my aftermarket Canadian 2.5" cat and NO was 3194 Put the Magnaflow 36636 50 State approved catalytic converter direct fit bolt on and my NO was (5) No egr on the SOHC. --- I have Ca Plates and am not polluting our air. My performance is better as the exhaust flow is less turbulent.

I really could not be happier with my del sol. I have roll on 5th gear passing using stock injectors and the stock fuel regulation system. I see 27 to 30 mph in the city and road trips see 38 - 40 mpg round trip.

Just getting ready to address my lean condition with larger injectors but staying with stock rail/regulator /pump They have 225K on them (yes worn OUT). Using the Accel 15255 Hi impedance saturated injectors going from 235cc/min to 20cc/min more fuel to save my internals... . Going for 350 on top and bottom end... we will see.

Anyone have experience using the Accel injectors ?

No experience with the Accel injectors. I jsut put a JRSC on my stock D15B7. Stock injectors/fuel system. My Innovate reads 14.9-22.4 most the time. Running the NGK 4554 plugs. Great gas mileage here as well. I have an Edelbrock 14mm fuel rail, so I am going to run a set of fiveomotorsports EV14 injectors. Its my DD though.

Excellent. I did bump up to the Accell 24lb/hr injectors with better performance and smoother roll on. Like I said before injectors wear out some of thiis may be due to having fully functional parts at my intake ... much better drivability and loss of predetionation. DD. I am stuck with the JSRC stock fuel system this is California and I have to smog every two years on a dyno. Tailpipe emissions measured. I have found no aftermarket fuel regulation that will pass a visual smog inspection although it would likely be cleaner at the TP. 2013 California smog It's pretty messed up. Good luck with your fuel system changes. Thought about chipping it but again, California !
