Default cylinder distance on fi setup

I want to know if their's a minimal distance that must be respected between the cylinder

the thing is that I want to sleeve my h23 block that will get some turbo maybe nitrous, the engine will be at least 400whp, probably more. but since I know that the displacement of my engine will effect the spool of my turbo I want to oversize my block with my sleeving.

i tought about a 3mm overbore, so get 90mm bore, but can I go a little bit more, about 4.5mm overbore?? i mesured on my block the stock distance between the cylinders and it's 7mm.

i've searched on some site, even here, but didn't find the exact answer to this question, cause I want to stay reliable, but want to get evry hp i can get. of course i will order custom pistons from JE
