Car-- 94 EX coupe
Motor- b16a2 with Odb1 harness ( Je pistons,eagle rods, blockguard)

drag 3 kit with everything except FMU which I sold. I ordered new 780cc injectors from KSmotosports which are on the way, and the only things I have planned left to get are:

12.5# flywheel
AEM ems
255lph fuel pump

for now 350ish hp will do. so is this everything I need, or am I forgetting something?

btw I have 310cc's for sale PM if interested.

off hand you need resistor pack, injector clips, boost controller,GM 3 bar map sensor, AEM boost celenoid and definately a better clutch

Some extra gauges wouldn't hurt: EGT, Oil Pressure, etc.

 

I have a 3 puck clutch, and do I really need a boost controller WG and resistors with AEM EMS? I thought the solenoid replaced the wastegate?

 

your gonna need resistors if you injectors are peak and hold.

youll need the resisitor box and a wastegate for sure. what do you think will regulate boost at the manifold?? besides having a hole in your manifold.

 

I dont know much about the GM solenoid, my fault for assuming it replaced the WG, so what exactly does it do?

The GM map makes it possible to boost past roughly 1 bar....... without it you won't read positive boost past around 1 bar....the wastegate regulates boost, the map sensor just reads manifold air pressure and regulates... basically your ecu will freak out on you........ and a bunch of other stuff happens........ not really sure thou........ never found out what happens with that much boost on a non-stand-alone car....but u have AEM so ......... ure good
