very well could be. boost creep happens when the wg isn't able to bleed off enough exhaust. if that wg port is too small, ineffectively placed, etc, then you will get some bad creep as a result.
die grinder, i think i got one at work, i hope, going off the topic can anyone please explain the reasons for boost cut. my car has been doing that lately
