I am working on a car with an evo 3 big 16g turbo and its have boost creep only at the top of 3rd gear...in first it holds 10psi second about the same and third it went up to about 18psi at the top...and the has an internal wastegate with no boost controller...the vacuum line is on and connected to the nipple on the elbow coming out the turbo....but i cant figure out why its still creeping...the car has an evo3 16g turbo, 3 inch downpipe and straightpipe exhaust. Any ideas?
