Your car can still be reliable and have high hp numbers and still be streetable.....but itll be more than 3g's homie For a kit, alot or people like the RevHard which now sells their kits STANDARD with an SC-34 !! The SC-34 might even be too big for ya but prolly not, you can always switch out the turbo for somethin else. You can pick one of those kits up brand new for 2600 maybe cheaper later on, and that will be very reliable and very streetable. Also get a hondata(s100B= 387shipped!!! i forget where though haha sorry) or s200b if you wanna tune it yourself though(more money though!!!) So thats close to 3g's, just a lil over. But if you know what ya want, you can always go custom which is pretty cheap to depending on what parts ya want. Custom will make you happier in the end, but if you dont wanna do that or dont know what to get, the kit the RevHard is fine.

A good custom kit for $3,000 is defintely doable. Check out other peoples setups to decide what turbo would be best. Your car should be very realiable with good fuel management and tuning so do some research on that. Just keep reading the forums and you should be able to answer most of your own questions.
