autometer boost gauge help
i hooked up a new electrical boost gauge. when i start the car, the needle jumps to 25 then back to 10psi then back to 25psi. does not move when driving. also i have double, triple checked the vacuum lines and wiring. i have repeatedly turned the car on/off to get the needle to 30 vac. Now when i turn it on it doesnt even move??
white wire to power, black to ground, red to 12v switched. ??? isnt that right?

ok ive changed the 12v switched wire to another 12v switched source, the needle now moves, but it says i am boosting 28psi (dont even have a turbo on yet) when i turn off the car, it doesnt even go back to 0.
in this whole mess.. i seemed to have managed to break the copper tubing to my oil pressure gauge... oil everywhere!!!!!!! ahhhh.... some oil got onto the boost gauge... you think if i return it back to autometer it will still be under warranty? sh*t
