Max-Rev manifold.. not sure how much.. prolly in $400 range
TiAL 35mm wastegate $225 (you determine the spring for psi)
BOV.. your choice (I personally like the Greddy Type S $200 or the HKS SS $195)
T3/T4 turbo.. on your GSR, I'd prefer a T04E 50trim /T3 .63 A/R Stage 3 (i'll explain why 50 trim later)
Spearco intercooler.. (one's off RevHard or Drag will do)
2.5-3.0" Downpipe.. can probably get it from MAxRev.. dunno price
custom piping you'll have to do yourself.. go to http://www.jcwhitney.com
couplings and clamps.. go to http://www.roadraceengineering.com
Missing Link check valve
Vortech FMU with 8:1 if you go 310cc injectors.. or 12:1 (maybe even 10:1) if you leave injectors stock

Reason I pick the 50 trim T04E is because it provides better spool than the 54 trim and it still provides gobs of HP and carries it all the way to redline.

If your gonna go with the Hondata 2B, there will be no need for the Missing Link or FMU. I would also go with 440's and not the 310's. Other than that everything that Rob said sounds good. Maybe later an electronic boost controller or even a manual one.
