im interested in doing a crvtec-t build and am wondering how reliable it is, or what i would need to do to make it reliable. if you recomend it, if not what options you would recomend, i have a b16 but want more torque when i turbo and crv blocks are cheap so that is just the first thing that comes to mind.

It doesn't specifically say crvtec-T. I started from scratch reading from how to build a reliable motor and then started reading the forced induction FAQ and I got what i wanted to build my turbo b18.
