Crushed Nylon Boost Wire

If th nylon boost wire is crushed .....can it cause an inaccurate boost reading???......It seems to be working right but its just something i saw?

yeah if its crushed it may be leaking or it may be pinched off. Def not good. Go buy some more of that **** i guess
