I have a greddy 18g, and it is internally gated. How could I run 0psi after installing it, so I could drive it to the dyno without worries of boosting or overboosting.....

I believe it boosts 7psi stock? I assume later I could add a boost controller to run 9psi if i wanted.....?

Try using wire to hold the flapper open...like wrap wire around the flapper's "arm" and run it somewhere where it will hold the gate open. To run more boost, use an MBC.

just pull out the cotter pin or take off the E-clip that holds the actuator arm to the flapper. You can just pull the actuator arm off the flapper and it won't boost. The wire idea will work but if the wire lets go you will instantly boost up to whatever the spring is set to.

Or if your not driving too far you can just baby it so it will not boost.

i have the same dilemma. i was told just to unhook the charge pipe and stick a filter there. or u can just baby it all the way there and shift at 2k rpm (better safe than sorry). These are probably the best ways so you dont hit boost.

PS and if people honk at you, just flip them the ol' HT salute
