Cruise control + boost?

OK I figured it out, but it may not help most of you because it's not vacuum controlled. That is why some suggestions were not making sense to me.
I popped the top off, and there is a cable adjustment screw, just like throttle cable adjustment. I adjusted it all the way out (loose) and took it for a spin. It was much better, more like 79-81-79-81. It still barely spools the turbo, if I can loosen it up just a bit more, I bet it will be useable again.

The older ones actually have an electric motor to pull the throttle cable.
Just FYi... that is why some people have problems with cruise, and some don't</TD></TR></TABLE>
THat would explain my experiences...all the ones I've used had a mechanical motor pulling a cable. No newer Civics for me so far.
Whats odd is I looked it up, 2000 GSR has the mechanical box, the 2000 Si uses the vacuum system. I honestly think its all in the adjustment. I recall half my cars would drop 5mph before 'catching', and even a Road&Track test of the 89 Integra (I owned a 88) had that same issue. I'd suggest you look at the pedal, thats where most of them hook up to control throttle.

Re: (HiProfile)
This was resolved 100%. With the mechanical actuator, there is a simple cable adjustment. If you loosen it up, it can't pull as far on the throttle.
