Icon2 Crude Boosted tuning?

so everyone has told me to chip my ecu for my turbo setup and dont mess with fmu and afc, because timing is everything. how well could i tune the turbo setup with these parts? B/c I already bought the parts and ran out of money for and ecu chipping now.
12:1 fmu
445 rc injectors
walbro 255 pump
apexi neo
adj. cam gears
msd boost timing master

And later down the line I thought I would invest in chipped ecu

thank you

i wouldnt even drive the car until you got it to a shop to have it tuned. you could prob start it and limp it around if you know what your doing. but i wouldnt. why spend all the money for that setup and mess something up while waiting for a 2-400$ tune

SELL THE FMU,msd boost timing master, AND apexi neo so that you can pay to have your ecu chiped and tuned. you dont need the fmu,msd boost timing master or apexi neo.
